SEALED BIDS WANTED

Roadside Mowing

The Town of Springfield is accepting bids for mowing the 54 miles of roadsides.  The first cutting of two passes (minimum of 10 feet total where possible), must be completed by July 1, to receive half of total payment.  The second cutting of three passes (minimum of fifteen feet where possible), must be completed by October 1.  Both cuttings are to include intersections and corners.  The balance of payment will be paid following the second cutting.  Proof of current liability insurance (and/or 3-Point test worksheet) supplied by the bidder is to accompany the bid.  Bids may be mailed to: Town of Springfield - Clerk at N7088 County Road A., Westfield, WI  53964.  Bids will be opened at the April 9th, 2025 Monthly Board Meeting which begins at 7:30 pm.  The Town of Springfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.
